Once the returned Goods are received and verified, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and no additional fees will be charged.

Sale Items

Returning Goods

We are not responsible for Goods lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be processed without receipt of the returned Goods or valid proof of delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once it is received.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the Order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
